Hello, my friends! I need to renew my contract agreement for rent apartment. Name of my Landlord is Jacob. I live one year in this apartment. I have furniture, cupboards. It is not good for furniture to move to another place. I have job, where I am working for many hours. I have no time to look for another apartment. Please pray that my landlord Jacob Pargin will have desire to make contract more for one year. That he will not increase price for apartment, even reduce price.
